This activity proposes a set of actions that will improve the competitiveness of the logistics sector in the Euroregion, developing both the sector itself and the industrial sectors in which logistics is a relevant factor in their competitiveness, both in their supply chains and in the export of their products.

Action 2.1

• Implementation of a programme of innovative entrepreneurship and business development in the cross-border logistics sector, highlighting entrepreneurship as a vector for introducing competitiveness into companies:

• Incubation and acceleration: development of two cross-border calls for the incubation and acceleration of business projects, in the areas of:

  Innovative entrepreneurship and technology transfer.

  Collaborative economy projects in the field of logistics and transport.

  Competition of ideas for challenges proposed by traction companies, in which cross-border teams of entrepreneurs and companies less than 42 months old propose innovative solutions to the challenges posed.

Action 2.2

• Support service for the globalisation of the supply chains of industrial companies in the Euroregion, analysing which are the key external points for the business sector, both at the origin and at the destination of goods, and which are the opportunities for improvement from a sectorial and transversal collaboration point. This action will promote the evaluation and promotion of strategic investment projects abroad.

• Analysis of the value chains of the strategic sectors of the Euroregion, identifying the relevant external points for their supply chains.

  Service of analysis and accompaniment to transversal collaborative projects for the development of logistics and transport equipment at key points for the driving sectors in the Euroregion, so that the joint opportunities that emerge are addressed.

Action 2.3

• Service to improve logistics performance in the Euroregion. Based on a previous analysis, an individualized package of services is provided by the cooperation project partners.

• Logistics support: implementation of a support service to promote the competitiveness of companies, developing a plan to improve competitiveness in the logistics field, prioritizing the development of new innovative services.
